Eden Gardens Resort was conceived by Eli Steinhardt, a Chicago-based builder, with 25 years experience in the construction industry.

Having spent vacations in Florida for over a decade, Eli understood the challenges that come along with renting a vacation home.  His solution was to create a tight-knit vacation home community, Eden Gardens Resort, whose members’ needs are at their fingertips, and can look forward to coming time and again.

In recognizing YMK Architecture as a leader in the architecture, master planning, and development industry, the Eden Gardens team commissioned YMK Architecture to design the new community.  Every home boast stunning architectural and design detail, luxurious master suites and baths, and exquisitely appointed interiors.
